"I was delighted to discover Ladysmiths Curtains and Roman blinds when I needed some curtains altered and a Roman blind replaced. Colleen was friendly yet professional and completed the alteration and new blind in good time. The quality of her work is exceptional and so when we were renovating a floor in our home I knew immediately that I wanted Colleen to do all of the blinds and fabric work. This renovation was a big project which involved Colleen making multiple Roman blinds as well as a bed throw and bespoke cushioning for a reading seat. Colleen came to our home with a vast array of fabric sample books and advised and patiently supported me in choosing the fabrics for each room. Once they were made she came and fitted the new Roman blinds so we didn't even need to worry about that! Great attention was paid to the colour scheme and my preferences even when it came down to the colour of blind cords or cushion edge piping. Sometimes when you engage a supplier you admire the end product but you don't enjoy the process, this was not the case with Colleen! She was a pleasure to work with and her care and attention was evident throughout. Now when I think about changing curtains or blinds in our house I look forward to it as I feel confident in the service and product which I will receive from Colleen."
